Refunds, returns + exchanges -

The Latte Jar gladly accept exchanges if you are unhappy or change your mind about your chosen design.

There are strictly no refunds or exchanges for custom made items. 

Items must be returned in original condition. Return postage as well as replacement postage is to be covered by buyer. 

If your item is faulty, please contact The Latte Jar via email within 14 days of delivery. Please email a clear photo of broken glass/s to Claire@thelattejar.com.au

The Latte Jar does not accept cancellations. If there is an issue with your order after you have placed it, please contact The Latte Jar via email.


The Latte Jar reserve the right to cancel an order at my discretion before your order has been dispatched. Your order will be refunded in full. 


The Latte Jar reserves the right to limit the quantities of product sold as it sees fit. It is a condition of this agreement that you do not purchase any products for the purpose of selling or supplying them as part of a commercial business. 

Customers wishing to sell Latte Jars will need to contact The Latte Jar directly to discuss options. 

Latte Lids and straws are not to be sold for use on any other glassware.
