Shipping + Handling

Postage - 

Orders are shipped via Aust post. Please allow 3-5 business days before your order is shipped. 

Peak season (Oct - Jan) - Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made. Due to the number of orders increasing for the Christmas season, it's advised you get in and order early. Please check for holidays closures between Christmas and new years.

Larger orders of 10 or more glasses, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made. 

Orders are shipped from Maleny, QLD. 

There is a local pick up option. Pick up is in Maleny, QLD. 

Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. W.A. N.T. and S.A are prone to taking a little longer especially peak season (Oct- Jan).

Tracking will be provided with all orders.

Please note, once parcel has been sent, shipping times and delivery is completely out of our control. The Latte Jar will not be held responsible for delayed delivery. 

All parcels will be left in a safe spot if not home to receive or taken to your local post office if driver cant leave it in a safe spot. This decision is up to the Aust post driver. Please contact me if you do not want your parcel left unattended.

Please triple check your delivery address. If parcel is returned to The Latte Jar for any reason, receiver is reponsible for redelivery costs (up to $12.50)

We understand it's exciting to receive your order and start making your drinks but please be patient as once the couriers have your order, delivery is out of our control. 

Orders are packaged with the uppermost care, this includes layers of hex wrap, tissue paper and packed in with shredded paper.  If your order happens to arrive damaged, please contact Aus Post and follow their instruction. Please also email me clear images of the damage including the box condition to Claire@thelattejar.com.au

You may also notice (especially with bigger orders) that the boxes we use are recycled. Doing this not only helps the planet, but helps keeps postage costs down for both you and The Latte Jar.
